Payment: I accept credit cards via PayPal and money orders. If paying by money order, please email me first with the item(s) you would like; I will reply with the final total. Custom orders require a 50% deposit of the agreed upon final price.

Shipping: All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. If an item cannot be shipped within that time, I will notify you via email with the approximate time. Shipping is via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested. All jewelry pieces are shipped in an organza bag or gift box. For custom orders, I will provide a ship date upon the final agreement on the design work.

Returns: I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and I can arrange for a refund or exchange. All jewelry items must be returned in original condition. Due to the type of product, returns cannot be accepted on soap. Shipping charges on any purchase cannot be refunded.

Repairs: If a jewelry piece is in need of a repair within the first 90 days of purchase, please contact us describing the problem. If the item can't be fixed, I will exchange it or accept the item back for a refund. Please note that charges may apply depending on the issue. I will notify you of any charges after receiving the damaged item. Please send all returns via USPS insured, as I cannot be responsible for lost items.
